All organizations on the face of the earth are constantly bombarded with forces of change. They originate both from inside and outside the organization. These forces of change disrupt the state of equilibrium between the organization and its environment. No organization can say no to these changes, meaning not to change is not an option at all. These forces of change emanate from needs, problems, and opportunities – either internal or external. The need has to be satisfied, the problem should be solved and opportunity may be capitalized. Organisations that recognize these forces raise in the industry as a leader and those who didn’t fall a victim.
